When I printed the reservation out, it indicated there was no "service charge". I thought it meant to be no hotel service charge. I was wrong. When I checked out, I had to pay the 15% service charge, which made the price to $80+ / day. I called the Booked.net after I came back, I was told that I in fact need to pay additional hotel service charge.

I absolutely loved this place! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the nearest subway station. It was situated in a calm area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The suite I stayed in was amazing, with two rooms that made me feel like a celebrity. The whole place was immaculately clean and shiny every day. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating as well, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in this city. It offers excellent service, great location, and top-notch amenities.

only a couple people in the front desk staff spoke english, staff was not aware of online booking policy, additional 15% service charge was added during check out and was not clearly explained, was placed in a smoking room when clearly specified non smoking room because my mom has asthma=not addressed by staff. no wireless internet, only wired, small computer room with only 2 computers and Facebook was blocked and the words were all in chinese.

We stayed at a family suite, and it was great. The room, incredible!

We loved the hotel, everything was thought out to make us feel at home. The room was cleaned very well and had all the necessary amenities like slippers and bathrobe. The staff was friendly and always found a solution to our problems. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and there are markets and other facilities nearby. The food in the Chinese restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options.

The glass wall in the toilet did not ensure privacy, which was uncomfortable for business travelers or couples. The lobby did not have sufficient seating capacity and the TV channels were limited.

The location of the hotel is perfect for me, as it is in a calm area and near to a metro station. The facilities of the hotel are impressive, including a Chinese restaurant that serves delicious Guizhou-style food. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms is well-maintained.
